I’m David Turner.

I’ve worked with startups as they scaled, led technology at The Cannabist Company, a public company in a highly regulated industry, and worked on a website that ranked among the 500 most visited in the United States.

Different businesses, familiar problems. Information scattered across systems. Work that depends on one person remembering every detail. Teams doing things by hand because the tools don’t quite fit. I’ve spent a lot of time working through those problems with the people responsible for keeping things running.

That’s where we’ll start: how your work gets done, where it gets stuck, and what has to keep working. I can help you find a useful place for AI and put it into practice—whether that means teaching your team, connecting systems, or building something that’s missing.

I’m still building. I’m the author of the SeedSpec protocol and creator of CanvasOS. I also founded Transform to instill the wherewithal to create abundance—together, for everyone, today.

Here, that means helping the people around me gain the tools and know-how to do more with their businesses. You bring the knowledge of your work. I bring experience working through the operational and technical problems that can get in its way.
